The ICM-International Congress Centre in the German city of Munich is one of the world's most modern conference centres and offers facilities for conferences and conventions, meetings and fairs, product launches and presentations. The Bavarian capital is not only the home of more than 4,000 high-tech companies, but also one of the most important media cities in Europe. Located in this cosmopolitan city with a special charm of its own, the ICM is easy to reach and offers both state-of-the-art technology and professional services. This combination ensures an atmosphere
that makes every event a unique experience. Hall C1 has 10,000 sqm of space and is the perfect venue for media events and television shows recorded with live audiences. The ICM has all the modern technology you would expect of an efficient congress centre, for example, variable stages, mobile screens for multiple projections, travelling light bridges, ultramodern data and video projection systems, digital mixers, separate control booths and interpreting booths. The extensive system of broadband cables and links between all the rooms and the neighbouring trade fair halls helps to simplify the organisation of large events held in several rooms or halls. Spacious loading/unloading zones with direct access to the individual areas of the ICM facilitate assembly and dismantling as large, heavy exhibits or equipment can be delivered easily. Media corporations can be linked with events at the ICM by an AV platform, and connections for TV and radio transmission vehicles or two excellently equipped radio studios are integrated into the trade fair grounds. With two lakes and plenty of green open spaces, the grounds are ideal for recreation and relaxation. When the weather is fine, you have a magnificent view of the Alps. |
